I haven't painted in a long time -not Oil Painting at least- so recently i took some photographs of the Sunrise from my Balcony which had Amazing colours, that inspired me to do that, But here's the trick...

My Second Exhibition@ Sawy Cultural Wheel

Sooo, YESS! Another Exhibition I'm sharing in folks! I'm Loving the Exhibitions& I never wanna Quit it inshallah.
This time, It's a Group Exhibition with my friends, the Recent graduates of Fine Arts, at Sawy Cultural Wheel in Zamalek, Cairo.
The Theme is "A State"
21 Artists Including me, are showing their point of views in various states.
The Exhibition will last from 1/6/2010 to 9/6/2010.
I'm participating with 3 paintings! The Event has been Uploaded on Fb.

After Grad. I've been have this undeniable, beautiful urge to try new things in art, Like i want to gulp all the painting techniques in gulps! I have always admired Action Painting, seemed to me like dancing, espicially with the music... And i thought Pollock and othe Abstract expressionists like him would be a good take off for me, So after reading alittle about pollock, and seeing his bio-movie, i just couldn't hold myself any longer... It's not the size i hoped, but it was the only empty canvas at home infront of me!

Taking it Seriously

I'm self-teaching Digital painting, Just incase you son't know, It is very diiferent from graphic desig, so what ever i learn in graphic design, is not really helping alot in Digital painting, anywayz, depending on some tutes and vids, added to it my original knowledge of painting, i painted those two pieces, They are ONLY PAINTED by me, but they're not my drawings! I'm not that perfect of an artist yet, to even be half of these folks who drew it!
