Charcoal on paper, 100x 70cm
Now here's the deal, I Never drew charcoal for the whole year- well not a huge scale at least- but there i am going in the college atelier, really bored from pencil drawing, and Voila! i find a thick piece of charcoal in front of me eyes- someone must have left it- knowing that for a longtime there aren't any charcoal in the market these days.
But... Lucky me!!! I got it, I drew it... Like it?!

ReplyDeleteI only started reading as a hobby two years ago, As a teen and kid i liked sports and i still do actually! but Art made me like reading to know more!, lucky us most of our books are filled with fotos!:D
I've been reading since I was 13 :)
ReplyDeleteart.. yeah. I don't know much about art, I think. I have a favorite painter though. Casper David Friedrich!
u're making me wonder about the girl behind the blog :)
oh yeah I know him, His paintings says alot about being German and living the Nazi times, I could feel this solid rigid feeling in his sharp lines. if you like his landscapes, u'll like J.W. Turner, and Constable; I like those two myself, and My style is more like a mix between Impressionism, Conceptual, and Abstract sometimes, and Modern but mostly impressionists, they were landscapers too! Look up Monet, Manet, Alfred Sisley as well. I think you might like them.
